Can I import addresses from Outlook, Outlook Express, Mac Address Book, etc.
Provided all the addresses you are about to add comply with our anti-spam policy, you can import your subscribers into a list in either CSV (Comma Separated Values) format, or as a tab delimited text file. In most programmes, access to these functions are via File>Export, or its equivalent.

How fast does it take to setup my account?
Once you submit the sign up form, we will process your application and contact you to complete the process as soon as possible. You can expect to access your account in several business days. And as soon as your prefered template designs are ready, you can send your first email by the end that week.

How will I be charged for services used?
Immediately after sending your campaign, you will receive an invoice stating
the campaign name you have just sent, and the number of subscribers sent to. You will then be charged by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX are accepted). You can also access your billing history in your KrispyCaster account.

What makes a good email?
If you want to dive right in and just need some direction, here’s the outline:
• |
Don’t waste your readers’ time — An email inbox is a busy place, you won’t get much attention. |
• |
Permission matters — Not only do you need to have permission to email people, but it helps to remind them of how they gave you permission, as specifically as you can. |
• |
Relevance trumps permission — Just having permission is not enough, the content you are sending must also be relevant. |
• |
Make unsubscribing easy — There’s no point emailing people who are not interested. |
• |
Image blocking is common — You can’t rely on people actually seeing your images. |
• |
Bring back tables — Structural tables are still often necessary for creating columns. |
• |
Add inline styles — Gmail removes anything else. |
• |
Don’t forget your plain text version — You can make blocks of text more readable. |
• |
Meet your legal obligations — For example, CAN-SPAM for US senders. |
• |
Test, test, test — It’s the only way to be confident about your design working. |
