Programmes off the shelf are expensive, easily become obsolete, and are often cumbersome to use. On the low end, a decent buy would normally cost RM1,000 and up. A customized one would cost more. Let's stick with that and not decide to upgrade for years to come. RM1,000/12 months = RM83 a month.
Staffing stifling
That said, there's no guarantee that you would know how to use it let alone want to use other softwares. The time you take - maybe your designer's time : RM2,000 monthly salary, dedicating 2 days a month to the cause, that's RM133 for your designer's 2 days worth. 2 days would include drafting time, approval and amendments time, development of the email time, sending time, etc.). Overhead
Sending it from your own servers, that's one day's worth of electricity primarily from air-conditioning and your equipment. Let's go low and say it's RM50 a day's worth.
